Off we go!

Welcome to our classroom blog that will serve as the main communication link between you and I for the next school year.  As a teacher I look forward to getting to know your students better throughout the coming year.  In order to keep all parents informed of what is going on in our classroom and what your children are doing I am creating this blog.  I feel as thought this will be the best and most efficient way to keep everyone in the know.  I will be posting weekly to show what lessons we will be working on in the different subjects, and will also post special events, due dates, holidays, and field trip information.  I may occasionally throw in some posts besides these weekly posts that include interesting articles, activities, and websites that you or your children may enjoy.  Thanks for checking in and I look forward to keeping in contact with you throughout the coming year.  By staying on the same page I hope that we will be able to teach your child important lessons that will help him or her throughout the rest of their lives!
